FCCA Rules of Arbitration
1. This Rules is to resolve disputes by arbitral tribunal or sole arbitrator under the Financial and Commercial Centre for Arbitration (FCCA). Any agreement by the disputing parties if not prohibited by applicable Vietnam Law on Commercial Arbitration shall be deemed incorporated into this Rules. Issues not governed by this Rules will be supplemented by the applicable Vietnam Law on Commercial Arbitration.
