Financial and Commercial Centre for Arbitration(FCCA) is incorporated under the arbitration establishment License No. 04/BTP/GPdated 21 November 2012 by the Ministry of Justice and the operation registration CertificateNo. 06/TP/DKHD-TT dated 24 January 2013 by the Department of Justice. FCCA shall resolve any disputes in relation to or arising from, the activities of commerce, finance, banking, construction, and the business of real estate and other disputes having their nature in commerce, finance and banking in accordance with Vietnamese laws and the provisions of the Vietnamese Law on Commercial Arbitration No. 54/2010/QH12 dated 17 June 2010.
